Founded in New York City in 1978, Nassimi is a third-generation, family-owned company built on a global textile heritage that dates back to the 1950s. What began as an international fabric export business in Europe has evolved into the leading supplier of high-performance upholstery materials. The company remains actively led by the Nassimi family, applying a long-term perspective grounded in consistency, technical discipline, and enduring partnerships.
Engineered Materials
Nassimi develops and supplies advanced upholstery materials, including faux leather, polyurethane and silicone coated fabrics, and performance woven textiles, for contract, hospitality, healthcare, marine, and residential interiors. Product development is guided by a clear framework: elevated design and color, proven performance, and reduced environmental impact. All materials are extensively tested and validated through independent laboratories to ensure reliability in demanding, real-world applications.
